Illusionz4d sells digital products, so we can't take them back once downloaded. If the files you received are defective, we'll make it right.

Defective files

If a product you purchased is defective, for example corrupted, incomplete, or not working as described, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Contact us through the contact page within 7 days of your purchase. Include the email you used at checkout and a short description of the problem.

Not covered

Refunds aren't available after 7 days, or for a change of mind after downloading a working product.
